Job description
We are currently looking for a Program Management Officer (PMO) to support 2 programs of our roadmap; Synapse (work planning optimisation) and ACC2.0 (Assets Condition & Control, IoT, predictive maintenance).
We expect the PMO to support the program mangers and projects leaders in their R&R and help them to foster all the aspects of project management.

Activities that fall into the responsibility of the PMO or where support is expected:
- Project definition & scoping + arbitrage + validation
- Steering committee preparation & afterwork
- Monthly Reporting : consolidation
- Follow-up & challenge of risks and issues in the streams and cross streams
- Follow-up and support of people impact analysis, the change and communication plan of the projects / streams and on the program level
- Follow-up & challenge of milestone planning/deliverables
- Follow-up, definition & challenge of project KPI’s : leading + lagging
- Follow-up of resources
- Autonomous elaboration of a monthly newsflash.
- Making presentations about certain topics (PMO processes).
- Provide guidance and support to projects / streams on demand
- Continuous improvement to the Program management office in order to increase impact
- Develop a good understanding of the projects / streams in the program and help identifying interdependencies.
- Being able to support the development of roadmaps for specific topics.
Requirements
Hard skills and soft skills:
• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written), can read/write and understand English
- Well organised
- Attention for details
- Autonomous and capable of managing his own agenda to achieve the program deadlines.
- Pro-active
- The candidate does not only have to execute certain tasks but also relays with the other members of the PMO team on the content and potential improvements
- Assertive
- Good communication and presentation skills : Able to communicate with Senior Management.
- Impact focused: knowing when impact is more important than templates, PMO guidelines, ...
- Client focused attitude; PMO has to support the project / stream leaders.
- Ideally Knowledge of the energy sector
- From 3 to 5 years Experience of PMO support of strategic projects/programs is a must
- Practices good relationship management, from executive sponsorship to project management
• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written), can read/write and understand English
