Tribe Scrum Master (Expert)
Job description
The Scrum Masters are facilitating, encouraging and formalizing the Agile way of working of the Tribes to which they are assigned. They work in close connection with the Product Owner and IT Proxy. They need naturally to be very familiar with the Agile methodology and can demonstrate their ability to support squad teams in the matter.

Education
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
Certification
- Cert. Agile/Scrum Master is a plus
Required experience / knowledge
(At least < 6 > years of relevant experience)
Technical experience

- Very familiar with Agile methodology
Business experience
Mandatory
- Experience with facilitating Transformation Planning
- Facilitating, encouraging and formalizing the Agile way of working
- Closely working together with Product Owner and IT Proxy
