The Federal Public Service Justice will undergo a digital transformation in the coming years and therefore wishes to expand its team with a Senior Executive Consultant in ICT Strategy with particular focus on Change & Program Management and Corporate ICT Security Governance.

Context

As Senior Executive Consultant in ICT Strategy, you will be at the frontline of innovation and change. You will support and guide the CIO and his internal ICT department in elaborating and implementing a strategy and modernising the work processes on programme management, change management, ICT governance, IT Service Management and Corporate ICT Security Governance

Responsibilities

• Act as CISO ad interim and responsible for ICT Security Governance as member of the ICT Executive Committee
• Assist in the development of digitalisation strategies with particular focus on ICT Security
• Elaboration and implementation of ICT Governance processes and ICT Policies
• Implementation of ICT sourcing strategies
• Use and implementation of ITSM tooling and new methodologies within IT Service Management (ITIL)
• 60% of the assignment will be used to fulfil the CISO role

As a Senior Executive Consultant in ICT Strategy, you will have the following experience and/or attributes:

• Experience in a similar role within a government context is required
• Experience in programme management for complex ICT migration projects
• Operational experience in a complex ICT Environment with many legacy applications
• Very strong people skills to lead the cultural transformation of an ICT Department
• Experience in a wide range of IT domains to define a holistic strategy, including security, cloud, on prem infrastructure, service management, software development (agile, devops), data management, data governance and data analytics
• Knowledge of Risk Management
• Experience in developing and rolling out ICT governance strategies in complex organisations
• Experienced in writing and teaching guidelines on ICT Governance and Strategy (possibly academic publication)
• Experience internationally and/or academically in ICT Strategy
• Experience in strategic assements in ICT at government level (international, national, institutional)
