Job content

Within the Corporate Service Information & Communication Technologies team, you will be responsible for leading and managing various ICT projects.

Your responsibilities

- You analyse the problems or needs identified in a customer's project request to develop a concrete and targeted project plan.
- You define and plan the project to have a clear guidance and project approach for its implementation. To this end, you must obtain approval of the project proposal (content definition, approach, budget and schedule) from both the client and management.
- You cooperate in following up and co-implementing the project to ensure that the project results are achieved.
- You ensure that the project staff perform individually and as a team in such a way that the project is realised and that they can develop the necessary substantive skills to do so.
- You report on the project's progress and results to management to enable any changes to the project plan.
- You inform and sensitise all actors and regularly consult with the project partners with the aim of creating a support base.
- Finally, you transfer the project to the organisation to enable successful implementation of the project results.

Requirements

Your profile

- You have obtained a bachelor's degree in an ICT-related field (or equivalent through experience), supplemented by training in a project methodology. You have 4 to 7 years of relevant experience as an ICT Project Leader.
- You are a team player, but are also able to work independently.
- You show initiative and are stress-resistant and polyvalent.
- You have a sense of organisation and are able to set priorities.
- You are functionally bilingual French-Dutch (orally and in writing). You also have a good basic knowledge of English.
- You are fluent in the usual office software, especially Word and Excel.
- You have knowledge of security and risk management in the ICT domain, both in the field of infrastructure, project data and databases and in the field of application management and development (DevOps).
- Knowledge of ISO2700x (or similar security standards such as NIST 800-53) and experience in monitoring and implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) are a plus.
