Security Consultant "Identity & Access Management"

Context

The BNP Paribas Fortis Access Management department serves the purpose of managing on a global level how the company deals with the management of user access permissions and reduces security risks by offering adequate solutions and services for Logical Access Management.

Function Description

The candidate will guarantee the respect of asset information security and ensure correct implementation of the security model.
The mission of the IAM Asset Security Consultant is to define and promote the Asset Modeling (AM) frameworks for coordinating and planning a service oriented approach:

Taking ownership about the AM process and keeping it updated/improved.
Ensuring that the necessary AM procedures exist, are communicated and used by the security community
Provide guidance, training and support to the security community in the implementation and operation of the security modelling;
Assist and advice the Asset responsible and IT developers in defining logical & technical permission management inside the assets (applications, packages, systems, file shares, …).
Assess, challenge and validate request to change security on assets according the Information Security Policy
Execute daily checks to keep the overall asset models under control

Requirements

ducation	Master (or equivalent by experience)
Languages Requirement	French	Fluent
	Dutch	or Fluent
	English	Fluent (second language has to be English) The candidate must be able to write documents and have interactive meetings in English.

Required knowledge / Experience
Experience	Capable of quickly understand, analyse and document detailed processes in Information Security Capable of performing functional analysis on security aspects across different business lines Strong and broad technical background
Technical Experience	Mandatory	+ 2 years’ experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control) + Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks + Excellent experience with MS Excel and SQL requests
	Preferable	+ Expertise in MS Active Directory, Websphere, Mainframe, Unix, Oracle, Cloud computing
Business Experience	Mandatory	5 years’ experience in a professional environment
	Preferable	Professional experience within the Banking and Finance Industry
Soft skills	Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, resilient Good communication and influencing skills Good analytical and reporting skills Autonomy, commitment and perseverance Focused and result-oriented, strictness in project follow-up Team player Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
