Requirements
Technical skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis in ICT projects
- Ability to perform analysis activities: requirements analysis, impact analysis, functional analysis, risk analysis based on the requirements indicated by the business
- Be able to develop user stories based on the analysis and specifications
- Be able to present and document the analysis to the development and test teams involved
- Pay attention to non-functional requirements
- Elaborate test cases and test scenarios in cooperation with the business, development and test teams
- Broad technical interest and knowledge
- Be able to handle basic text processing, spreadsheets and the use of office tools.
- Familiarity with Agile & scrum methodology
- Significant knowledge regarding service technology such as ESB and SOA;
- Practical knowledge of database elements and structures (SQL, Oracle);
- Understand and be aware of security and confidentiality aspects of certain data;
- Fluent reading and drafting of XML and XSD files;
Soft skills
- Experienced in constructive and transparent communication with many stakeholders
- Experienced in negotiating the alignment of teams schedules of different departments

Remarks

Other requirements
- It is possible that during the course of the assignment the person will be asked to step in on-call duty: the frequency will not exceed once (1 week) every 4 weeks.
