Functional Analyst - Railways Infrastructure Design

Context:

The 'Railways Infrastructure Design' office carries out projects and manages packages for Infrabel's "Asset management" diection.
We are looking for a senior functional analyst for the development of projects (worksheet, SigPro, etc.) and the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications.

Tasks:

In cooperation with the client and ICT, the expertise tasks to be provided are as follows:

• Understanding of internal business processes related to access control and security in general
• Documentation of these business processes in their current state
• Definition and documentation of future business processes
• Definition and documentation of adapted business processes
• Analysis and definition of data models
• Functional analysis of application processes and inter-application data flows: analysis and documentation: Creation of swim lanes, flowchart, process descriptions, ...
• Data quality reporting: identification of inconsistent or outdated data
• Improving data quality: writing queries or scripts that correct data sets
• Business reporting
• Support and bug analysis

General Criteria

• Relevant experience: 05 - 10 years (Senior)
• Working regime: Full-Time

Competences

• more than 3 years' experience in complex environments (integrations of multi-technology applications)
• expertise of more than 2 years in database structure and query writing sql
• more than 2 years' expertise in release management and application integration
