Project Manager

For our client ‘Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos’ we are looking for an experienced project manager. The project manager will join the ICT department of the 'Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos"' and will manage ICT projects within the 'Natuur en Bos' domain.

Some examples are applications for applying for, granting and following up subsidies for works in nature; granting felling rights; granting authorisation for recreation in nature; organising hunting exams; online sales of wood lots, etc.

Other projects that may be part of the range of tasks involve setting up operational reporting or policy reporting (data warehouse, PowerBI).
Projects that support rather administrative processes can also be assigned: mail tracking; financial processes, ...

• Proven experience as Project Leader in infrastructure or development projects
• Proven experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, ...)
• Proven knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of ITIL.
• Demonstrable experience with terminology, organisation, roles and processes of the PM methodology (e.g. Prince2, PMBok, ...), preferably demonstrated by certification
• Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR - level C2.
• SAFe and Scrum knowledge or certification
• Knowledge of project and development methodologies.
• Experience leading projects in the following stack(s) and/or environments: .NET, Angular, AWS, SQL and NoSQL, Drupal, O365 tools
• Experience working with Atlassian suite: JIRA, Confluence and Tempo,...
• Some experience reading and interpreting diagrams and models in Enterprise Architect is recommended
• Proven experience of AGILE/SCRUM operation - Medior ( 3.00 years ) - Must have
• Prove experience with organising and reporting on project and programme steering groups - Senior ( 5.00 years ) - Must have
• Proven experience with project management as a whole (planning, scope, budget, time) - Senior ( 5.00 years ) - Must have
