Telework:
Expectation 50% on site, 50% homeworking

Goal of the mission:
Lead strategic projects of the Regulatory Roadmap related to “Arizona coalition" ensuring timely delivery with a strong focus on budget adherence and the quality of the deliverables.

Expected deliveries:

• Project plans & Timelines
• Stakeholders reporting
• Regular updates to senior management
• Risk and issue logs
• Project status reports

Expected role & responsibilities during the mission:

• Lead and manage strategic projects focusing on our client's Roadmap and especially Tax related.
• From initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, methodologies and internal project life cycle

• Belgian insurance framework
• Belgian Tax framework
• Regulatory project Management methodologies (Agile)
• Project Management tools

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects related to regulatory matters in a Life Insurance context on time and within budget.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging and complex regulatory environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Quality and Client oriented
• Ability to work within a team, as well as independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Fast learner
