Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master

As part of the TRIA project for the FPS Social Security, we are looking for a scrum master / delivery manager / development coordinator.

Here are some elements to clarify the expectations:

• The mission will take place in an Agile context (mainly Kanban, with elements of Scrum and Safe) within a team of about 15 specialised people (business analyst, functional analysts, architects, developers, UX designers, testing). A proven track record on a project of this size would be appreciated.
• The solution architecture is modular (REST services) and distributed (integration of external e-services). The back-end is implemented in the Java/spring stack and the front-end in Angular. The orchestration uses Flowable (BPMN/CMMN Engine). Persistence is done with an ORM on a classic RDBMS (PostgrèSQL)
• This is a phased development project, which leads to an incremental development of functionalities grouped in EPIC.
• Knowledge of the Java/springboot, REST and Angular technical environments is required to ensure effective monitoring
• Knowledge of the specificities of the public sector (eGovernment) with inter-institutional data exchanges through the BCSS is a nice to have.
• Importance is given to soft skills. The team is heterogeneous (client / software factory, internal / consultants, junior / senior, different technical backgrounds, multilingualism...)
• The project started more than 2 years ago and is about 50% complete. We are looking for someone who will be able to commit at least until the end of the project (probably 2024).
• Ideally, the candidate has experience in test management and data migration
