Project context
"De Watergroep" is a company of more than 1,500 employees and some 350 identified processes. It manages the water chain with its core business being the supply of drinking water and also provides sewerage services to its municipal associates. In doing so, "De Watergroep" is strongly committed to, among other things, customer satisfaction, good management of water quality, quantity, professionalisation of asset management and reduction of NRW (Non Revenue Water).
You will report to the team manager Process Management and Asset Information within the Asset and Process Management Department (Directorate of Operations).
In order to implement "De Watergroep's" strategy, new processes need to be set up and existing processes redesigned. This has an impact on the system landscape and reporting/BI. The Process Management and Asset Information team within the Asset and Process Management department (Directorate of Operations) is responsible for the improvement portfolio of processes for the management of the drinking water network and the associated supporting ICT applications.
You work closely with the operational departments responsible for the construction and operation of the drinking water network and drinking water outlets. You will work closely with the departments responsible for managing the drinking water production infrastructure and the IT department.
This assignment requires good knowledge and experience of business process analysis, lean six sigma methodology, reporting and BI, project management, transformation and change management, and stakeholder management of various parties including the operational teams, Asset and Process Management and IT. Experience in detecting and implementing process improvements in an operational context is required, as well as demonstrable experience and certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt level).

Requirements
- Proven experience and in lean six sigma methodology - Black Belt level preferably demonstrable with certification - Must have
- Proven experience with change management and related methods for communication (e.g. ADKAR), - senior ( 10.00 years ) - Must have
- Proven experience with the implementation of Business process management (overview and logical structuring of processes, identification of improvement potential, follow-up of results, ...), proven by certification - Expert ( 10.00 years ) - Must have
- Proven experience in stakeholder management with operational teams, managers, other departments (Asset and Process Management, IT, customer contact, ...) around the uniform or new operation of the services - Senior ( 10.00 years ) - Must have
- In-depth knowledge and experience with BPM reference models (e.g. APQC) and BPM software - Expert ( 10.00 years ) - Must have
- Knowledge of building reporting functionalities and ensuring data quality - Senior ( 10.00 years ) - Must have
- Master's degree - Must have
- Ability to analyse the operational functioning of teams, establish, measure and monitor KPIs - Must have
- The ability to make improvement proposals at process and structural level based on self-performed measurements and analyses - Must have

- Proven experience as Programme Manager, leading Programmes related to infrastructure projects or development projects - Expert ( 8.00 years ) - Must have

- Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR - level C2. - Must have
- Proven experience with project management techniques and be able to use tools (risk management, issue management, ...) - Should have
- Proven experience with terminology, organisation, roles and processes of PM methodology (e.g.Prince2, PMBok, ...). Able to transfer relevant expert knowledge - Should have
