| Mission context | BNP Paribas Fortis Functions department is responsible to supply Support businesses of the bank (Housing & Sourcing Services (Facility Management), Branding & Communications, Compliance …) with the digital tools and functionalities they need in a fast-evolving digital world. Our varied activities range from in-house development, integration of third-party software packages, configuration, deployment of new digital solutions, as well as lifecycle management and support of running applications. The extended number of our businesses offers a uniquely wide range of technical challenges. In this context, we are looking for a Tribe Scrum Master, a transversal role that will coordinate transversal features and lifecycle management impacting our tribe, in particular the big Cloud migration project that is moving our infrastructure to the dedicated cloud. This is a role at tribe-level, reporting to the tribe management team and the tribe lead on the advancement of the main technical topics in the tribe. A sizeable IT experience is a must for this function. |

| Function description | - You define the tribe's approach to answer transversal technical requests - You coordinate within the tribe, amongst clusters and squads, but also outside the tribe in order to implement the technical objectives of IT and of the tribe - You will be owner of technical topics, like the move to the cloud, lifecycle management on various devices and infrastructure, alignment with infrastructure tribes and their timelines - You will be the point of contact for the relationship of the tribe with infrastructure tribes - You will ensure compliancy of our systems with the latest technical recommendation of the group, and report on issues and risks related to obsolescence, as well as liaise with IT Group and the other tribes in BNPPF - You will help the squads in the implementation by connecting them to the correct topic owners, and being a central point of contact in the tribe for these transversal projects. - You will report advancement of the various transversal projects that are running in the tribe. |
