Ops Procurement - Support of BAU processes (Animation, Reporting, Savings calculation, …)

  • Ops Procurement - Projects & Initiatives :
    • Demand Management challenge (Postage, Software, ...)

    • Process improvement (Purchase, Savings calculation, ...)

    • Risk and issue management (SRiM, TPRM, KYS, ...)

  • Budget analyzes
  • Performance management
  • Time management
  • Follow-up on project documentation and change control


Language requirements Dutch Strong written and spoken communication skills
French Strong written and spoken communication skills
English Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education Bac
Certification NA
Travel NA
  • Expectation: 60% on site & 40% homeworking
Required experience / knowledge At least 5 years of relevant experience
Technical experience mandatory

Good expertise in MS Office
Familiar with various IT Tools

Business experience mandatory
preferable Finance environment
