Project Management Officer - Finance SME (Freelance)

Functie omschrijving

Mission context	Project Management Officer - Subject Matter Expert Finance - Support the finance department of BNPP-Fortis in its operational optimisation of regionalisation & territorialisation (mutualisation) of activities
Function description	Drive the projects (governance, steerco, operational ctees, PMO reporting,...) Steer the planning, resources, scope, ..... Run Process & Activity analysis, propose integration scenario's, ... Carry out the compliance frameworks (risk assessment, process qualification, HRM processes,....) Keep key-stakeholders (Group, CFO's,....) informed & aligned Assure delivery of BAU during change/transition period

Education	Master Degree
Certification	Change Mngt certification (Adkar, Prosci,...) is a plus
Travel	Limited
Telework	Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
Required experience / knowledge	At least 5 years of relevant experience
	Technical experience	mandatory		Experience in change management methodologies and people processes, in order to support a smooth transition Experience with control frameworks and operational risk management assessments Proven experience in shoring & sourcing operations design & implementation Experience with (BNPP) Finance systems is a plus
		preferable
	Business experience	mandatory		Experience with in/out sourcing & shoring (shared service centres etc) Strong affinity with Finance processes (Accounting, reporting, Performance Management, Control, COO activities) A clear commitment on measurable milestones and results that will be defined during the initiation phase

Soft skills	Multi language to easily interact with the local operations team on & offshore Ability to manage complex cross-border processes with many stakeholders at senior level Communication: easy interaction with different stakeholders in different formats (written, oral, …) up to CFO / COO Finance level Delivery driven Time management: design / finetuning of project roadmaps Organizational: set-up of cross border steerco’s, meetings & trainings with different levels of people involved and support preparation of content Stress management: able to deliver within the foreseen timeframe, adaptability to integrate new elements Need for rigorous, quality and timeliness given the type of activities
