Scrum Master (Freelance)

Functie omschrijving

Mission context	As a scrum master, you represents and embodies the Agile spirit and acts as a « servant leader ». You will work within Infrastructure & Collaboration Services (ICS) where we manage the technological infrastructure that sustain the Bank of today and tomorrow. You will contribute to providing a secure Windows platform to host our Business applications - this in collaboration with IT Group's partners (BP2I, ITG). More concretely, you will join the windows security team that manage security & risk services like authentication, authorization & provisioning, anti-malware, security monitoring, …
Function	Together and in close collaboration with your product owner, you follow up the delivery of the team in a fast-changing IT infrastructure landscape: * You are the servant leader of the team, facilitating their daily work by removing impediments and managing risks and dependencies. * You act as delivery owner of the team, being end-to-end responsible for effective and efficient delivery. * You coach the team members, fostering the continuous improvement, learning and feedback culture in and across the squad. * You set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings (cfr Spotify model) * You take up some supporting activities to help the squad be efficient in delivering the service to their customers.

Functie eisen

requirements	Dutch/French		French is important given the BNP Paribas group context. Knowledge of Dutch is a big plus.
	English		Sound knowledge of English. and at least one of the local languages.
Agile requirements	You’re the physical embodiment of scrum values: commitment, focus, openness and respect, with a good dose of courage to boot.
Required experience / knowledge	At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
	Technical experience	Strongly recommended		Knowledge of some Windows Security & Risk related products and/or (more in general) IT infrastructure, or a clear motivation to grow in this. Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Rally)
		preferable		Experience in project management
	Business experience	mandatory		Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban) & experience as a Scrum Master. You understand the IT infrastructure challenges in a group context.
		preferable		Experience in a big organization
Soft skills Attitude/Behaviour	You have good leadership, coaching and communication skills: you inspire, motivate the team and let them grow.
