Senior Security Officer IAM

The main mission of the “Identity and Access Management (IAM) Officer” is to do oversight of the wide range of privileged, technical and personal accesses into AXA’s IT systems and applications used by Axa Belgium.
She/he will re-enforce the AXA Belgium security IAM team and will work in close collaboration with business and IT departments.

• Help maintain central understanding of the Identity & Access Management setup and configurations across our heterogeneous IT landscape.
• Closely collaborate with different technology owners/teams (Windows, Linux, SQL, Oracle, Mainframe, Azure, AWS) across the organization to obtain detailed and updated view on access configurations, maintaining and improving controls for privileged access to these different platforms.
• Work with central Identity & Access Mgmt product team helping to assure correctness and coverage of our central role-based access management platform and process.
• Coordinate and keep overall structure of risk-based IAM improvement actions on different technologies and setups.
• Work with IT Architecture to help ensure correct IAM views in application architecture designs and consistency with actual access configurations in the underlying technical assets.
• Provide clear reporting to local management on IAM assurance and IAM-related security risks and risk treatment.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of security experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in identity and access management in line with the key tasks mentioned above
• Broad IT knowledge related to the environment indicated above in the mission description.
• Analytical capabilities with experience with directories like AD, LDAP and query/Search/report based on scripting and Ms Office suite of product.
• Fluent communication in English
• Ability to work autonomously
• Collaboration skills with ability to adapt communication based on the audience (IT vs business as example)

Added value:
• Experience with Sailpoint Identity IQ access management/RBAC configuration is a strong added value.
• Experience with CyberArk privilege access management.
• Experience with IAM for cloud (AWS and Azure).
• ISO 27000 knowledge/experience.
• French and/or Flemish knowledge."
