Business Analist Senior

In the context of future changes and innovations in the energy market, our client Fluvius manages a project portfolio that needs substantive and project-based support.

As the Market Coordination Department, we guide the various projects and assume a central expertise role for their interfaces with market operations & data management. We monitor adaptations to the legal framework, support business transformation and form the bridge with various internal and external stakeholders.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a business analyst.

• You will have a role as a Business Analyst within one or more projects on which Market Coordination collaborates
• You will monitor content dependencies with other projects. In doing so, you will work closely with the other Business Analysts
• You facilitate discussions between process owners, (S)BPAs, internal/external experts by using best-practice processes and assist in change acceptance.
• You participate in the projects by providing expertise, substantive support to the project leaders, peer review of deliverables ...
• You ensure the documentation, follow-up of the working groups and discussions: decisions, proposals, etc. through insightful documentation
• You maintain an overview of the subjects under analysis and take changing priorities into account. You communicate about this transparently to the team and to your stakeholders.
• You develop overarching communication and training material
• You prepare and actively participate in internal and external working groups
• You thoroughly analyse new initiatives or change requests that are submitted. You take into account a market perspective as well as a Fluvius perspective.
• You draw up E2E test scenarios and support their implementation
• You support migration & transition activities
