Junior Business Project Manager

Mission

The Corporate Engagement team help ensure the sustainable growth of the bank. They continue to build and coordinate programmes for social impact and financial inclusion, in collaboration with colleagues and strategic partners. With a coherent approach, the team wants to inspire and intrinsically engage colleagues to embed sustainability in their work and propagate our social role as a bank. To the outside world, they strengthen their positioning as a sustainable bank through Thought Leadership. Together, they create sustainable value for their clients, colleagues, communities and society. The team is looking for an Engagement Coordinator.

Function description

Engagement coördinator/project manager:

• Defining and implementing - together with stakeholders, communities and colleagues within our department - an engagement strategy and action plan to engage our internal colleagues in our sustainability initiatives and increasing the impact.
• Translating the strategy in an engaging storyline, internally as well as externally in close collaboration with our marketing & communication department. Briefing them on the right messaging and taking responsibility for the validation of internal and external communication deliverables.
• Coördination of financial inclusion programs within the bank, in close collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Working together with our team to give more visibility to our volunteering and philanthropy programs.

Education

Master or equal by experience

Required knowledge

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
